Responsibilities
Extensive experience using Jira as a test management and defect tracking tool during ERP implementation projects
Work with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to define entry/exit criteria
Confirm test environment readiness (system configuration, integrations, security roles)
Collaborate with functional leads to understand business processes and test scenarios
Develop or oversee creation of test cases, test scripts, and test data
Assign and monitor test cases to team members
Work closely with integration leads to validate end-to-end business process flows
Ensure timely defect resolution and retesting before cycle closure
Provide daily and weekly test status reports to project management and stakeholders
Track test execution metrics (coverage, pass/fail rates, open defects, retests)
Escalate risks and blockers to the Project Manager / PMO promptly
Qualification
Required

Minimum of six (6) years of experience in systems analysis in a PeopleSoft HCM environment
Must include four (4) years of leading or supporting testing in an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion
