Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Member in good standing of the New York State Bar
Demonstrated excellence in written advocacy, legal analysis, and strategy
Hands-on experience with a range of domestic and international tax matters including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures; partnership tax; real estate transactions including RPTT, and tax controversies
Will design tax-efficient structures and represent clients involved in venture capital, private equity, investment funds, and middle-market, international, and joint-venture deals across numerous industries
Strong academic credentials required
