Responsibilities

Analyze customer business and technical requirements to propose tailored IT solutions
Develop and present high-level architectures and detailed technical designs aligned to client goals
Ensure solutions align with customer objectives, budgets, and timelines
Partner with sales teams to support discovery, solution positioning, and deal strategy
Deliver compelling solution presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts
Act as a trusted technical advisor during the full pre-sales process
Maintain deep knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and related technologies
Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and healthcare IT standards
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to share client feedback and solution insights
Prepare technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with internal capabilities and delivery models
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations
Build strong relationships with IT leaders, procurement teams, and business stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, or IT consulting
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, and healthcare IT services
Experience responding to RFPs, designing solutions, and delivering technical presentations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions
