They are seeking a marketing professional to help craft a compelling Case for Support that effectively communicates their mission and financial needs to potential donors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Conduct discovery to understand the nonprofit's mission, vision, values, and goals
Help draft a Case for Support addressing the need, solution, demonstrated impact, goals and strategies, financial needs, call to action, and recognition & stewardship
Review and provide feedback on the Case for Support with nonprofit leadership
Add slides showcasing financial needs, budget, and sustainability plan
Create compelling visuals for the future facility
Strengthen the narrative flow leading to a clear call to action
Turn impact stories and statistics into easy-to-grasp graphics
Qualification
Required
Experience in marketing, particularly in crafting compelling narratives for nonprofit organizations
Ability to conduct discovery to understand the nonprofit's mission, vision, values, and goals
Skills in design, storytelling, fundraising communications, or data visualization
Ability to draft a Case for Support that addresses the need, solution, demonstrated impact, goals and strategies, financial needs, call to action, and recognition & stewardship
Willingness to engage in several rounds of review and feedback with nonprofit leadership
Availability to meet with executive leadership and relevant team members during the discovery process
Ability to access and utilize financial data and current marketing collateral
Preferred
Experience working with youth or in community-focused organizations
Familiarity with cheerleading or sports programs
Previous volunteer experience with nonprofits
