Responsibilities
Support annual fundraising activities, including donor communications, appeals, and stewardship touchpoints
Maintain accurate donor records, gift processing, acknowledgments, and reporting
Support major donor efforts in partnership with the Executive Director, including prospect research, donor briefings, meeting prep, and follow-up
Track fundraising progress, campaign performance, and donor pipeline activity
Support planning and logistics for Dare2tri fundraising events, including Start the Season and Victory Lap
Assist with peer-to-peer campaigns such as Race2Raise, including participant support, tracking, and donor follow-up
Prepare event materials, coordinate attendee lists, and manage post-event follow-up
Support donor, sponsor, and partner meetings through scheduling, preparation, and follow-up
Assist with sponsor stewardship, including fulfillment tracking and communications
Support grants administration by tracking deadlines, maintaining a grants calendar, and organizing submissions
Provide administrative and internal coordination support when development intersects with events or programs
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or administrative support preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience with CRM and fundraising platforms (or willingness to learn)
Collaborative, adaptable, and mission-driven
Preferred
Event coordination or project management experience a plus
