Senior UX Quantitative Researcher, Advertising Platform

Responsibilities
Develop a research roadmap, inform teams on key insights, and demonstrate the potential and value that research can bring to product development
Develop research that meets the goals of the team, work through constraints or challenges, and find opportunities to infuse the user into the conversation
Build relationships with teams, enabling research and influence to extend past the immediate team, and establish ties with the team's other quantitative user experience researcher
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of experience in product research in an applied research setting or similar
Experience in programming languages used for data manipulation and computational statistics (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, C++, Java, or Go)
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field
5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership (e.g., director-level and above)
3 years of experience managing projects, and working in a changing organization
