HR Manager / Generalist / Business Partner

They are hiring a Human Resources Manager / Generalist / Business Partner to manage core HR functions while supporting the organization in achieving its strategic goals. The role involves day-to-day HR execution, compliance, employee relations, onboarding, and process improvement using HR technology.

Responsibilities

You'll work closely with leadership, clinical teams, and recruiting to support both daily HR operations and long-term organizational goals
You'll manage the core functions that keep our teams thriving, including compliance, employee relations, onboarding and orientation, benefits administration, credentialing, and offboarding, while ensuring systems are organized, accurate, and scalable
You'll also play a key role in recruitment and culture-building as we grow, with an emphasis on process improvement, documentation, and effective use of HR technology
Advising managers and directors on policies, employment law, and best practices
Leading onboarding, credentialing, and retention initiatives using clear, well-organized systems
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HIPAA, ADA, FMLA, and Washington State labor laws
Managing and optimizing HR software, systems, and digital workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Collaborating cross-functionally to solve problems and build scalable, technology-supported HR processes
Contributing to recruitment and selection for clinical and administrative roles

Required

5+ years of experience as an HR Manager, Generalist, Business Partner, or similar role
Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and Washington State regulations
Healthcare industry experience required
Demonstrated comfort using HR software, systems, and technology to manage workflows and data

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
SHRM or PHR certification
