UX/UI design for high stakes, high value internal tooling with tens of thousands of users
Write high quality copy as needed to facilitate usability
Creating a unified, highly functional vision based on requirements from multiple stakeholders
Ability to set both a north-star ideal vision, and a prioritized, phased plan to iterate towards it
Fulfilling multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines
Qualification
Required
UX/UI Design experience à strong candidates would have owned an entire workflow or app / being able to lead and conceptualize large projects) - (5 to 7 years)
FIGMA experience – (5 to 7 years)
Ability to write high-quality copy to facilitate usability – (5 to 7 years)
AI User Interface Experience – (1 project with AI)
Preferred
Data & Statistics experience with large data sets à MAJOR BONUS
