Business Development Manager - Security & Access Control Systems
CyberCoders is a company focused on building customer relationships in the security sector. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to create and maintain customer relationships, uncover needs, and work with design engineers to ensure accurate proposals.

Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining customer relationships to uncover customer needs and potential sales opportunities
Working with the Design Engineer to define and refine customer criteria, document/clarify customer needs and ensure accuracy in the design for proposal preparation if needed
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of proven experience as an Account Executive or Business Development Manager
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
Demonstrate business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes
Experience in low voltage and/or security field experience (relevant experience can include; Access Controls, Video, and Intrusion Detection System installation, system design, and/or other low voltage system and component installation)
Experience selling within the following Departments: AV - CCTV - Security Systems - Fire Alarm Systems - Telecommunications - Cable Infrastructure
Project History: Commercial - Hospital - Commercial - Industrial - Retail - Mixed Use
For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Background in Physical Security & Access Control Systems, networking or a similar field is a plus
