Responsibilities
Capture high-quality photo and video content at:
Practices/training sessions
Tournaments/weekend events
Tryouts, camps, clinics, and club events
Create engaging content formats including:
Reels & TikToks
Game-day / tournament recaps
Player features & highlights
Coach spotlights
Hype and culture content
Informational graphics (tryouts, schedules, announcements, etc.)
Plan and execute a weekly posting schedule
Post consistently across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Manage stories daily during peak seasons/events
Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
Monitor trends and adapt content style to stay relevant
Edit content using tools like CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, etc
Maintain consistent branding (colors, voice, style, logo use)
Deliver content quickly—especially during tournament weekends and high-traffic moments
Track performance metrics (views, engagement, shares, follower growth)
Suggest creative content ideas that increase reach and attention
Support seasonal marketing pushes (tryouts, camps, merch drops, registration deadlines)
Collaborate with directors/coaches to align messaging and priorities
Qualification
Required
Experience in creating, editing, posting, and managing content across digital platforms
Ability to capture high-quality photo and video content at practices, tournaments, tryouts, camps, and events
Experience in creating engaging content formats including reels, TikToks, game-day recaps, player features, and hype content
Ability to plan and execute a weekly posting schedule
Experience in managing social media stories and responding to comments and messages
Ability to monitor trends and adapt content style
Experience in editing content using tools like CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, etc
Ability to maintain consistent branding across all content
Ability to deliver content quickly during high-traffic moments
Experience in tracking performance metrics and suggesting creative content ideas
Ability to collaborate with directors and coaches to align messaging and priorities
