Responsibilities
To achieve productivity target and team target according responsibility assignment from management
Conduct visits to customer based on assignment and give information to customers accurately and clearly
Implementation code of conduct in collection activity
To inform the supervisor or manager to investigate the suspected/fraud account
Qualification
Required
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the collections field
Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new processes and systems
Positive Attitude: Demonstrates a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
Ownership of Results: Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for achieving targets
Proven track record in the collections field, with experience handling collections processes and customer negotiations
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
Previous experience within the banking industry or similar industry
