Sales Development Representative
Quotr is an AI-first company focused on automating the pre-construction workflow for the construction industry. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to engage with potential customers, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate with various teams to drive growth and customer success.

Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume cold outreach to identify and engage ideal customers, including Developers, General Contractors, Subcontractors, and regional industry association leaders
Own the prospecting, discovery, and upselling stages of the sales cycle (experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot preferred)
Educate prospects on Quotr’s product and guide them through trials to ensure a smooth experience
Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging and build repeatable, scalable sales motions
Serve as a trusted, strategic partner to customers by understanding their needs and driving long-term value
Track, analyze, and report outreach and pipeline metrics to inform strategy and optimize performance
Build strong post-sale relationships to expand existing accounts and uncover new opportunities
Deliver exceptional service, follow-through, and support across all customer interactions
Bring a passion for both generating new business and designing repeatable processes that help the GTM team scale as the company grows
Qualification
Required
2-5 years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
Experienced in planning and executing engagements, both offline and online
Self-motivated 'hunter' comfortable with outbound outreach
Customer-focused, committed to their success as much as your sales
Able to manage pipeline and priorities independently
Excited about construction, real estate, numbers, and startup environments
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Preferred
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot preferred
Strong knowledge of market research, sales processes, and negotiations
Able to manage pipeline and priorities independently; works with minimal instructions and willingly shares knowledge
