Responsibilities
Running full-cycle recruiting for a large volume of clinical roles
Helping teams hire faster while still delivering a thoughtful, professional candidate experience
Partner closely with hiring leaders
Build and maintain strong pipelines
Screen candidates at scale
Keep everything moving from intake through offer and onboarding
Manage a steady flow of requisitions across multiple locations and specialties
Proactively source candidates
Conduct high-volume phone screens
Coordinate interviews
Guide candidates through offers, background checks, and credentialing
Track recruiting metrics
Spot bottlenecks
Continuously fine-tune how hiring gets done
Keep hiring managers informed and candidates engaged
Qualification
Required
You must currently live in the state of Pennsylvania
Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally within healthcare
Full-cycle recruiting experience (intake → offer → onboarding)
Strong sourcing skills across job boards, resume databases, referrals, social platforms, and events
Comfort conducting high-volume screens and documenting activity in an ATS
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Clear, professional communication with both candidates and hiring leaders
Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to compliance and detail
Preferred
Direct experience recruiting clinical or licensed healthcare professionals
Multi-location or enterprise-scale hiring experience
Exposure to recruitment marketing, career fairs, or hiring events
