Address objections with clarity, data, and empathy
Own deals from first call through close
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility

Share insights from client conversations with leadership
Identify recurring objections, messaging gaps, and opportunities
Contribute to refining offerings and positioning
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of experience in a managerial role
Strong communicator with confidence and professionalism
Experience selling high-trust, high-value services
Consultative mindset with strong listening skills
Structured and organized approach to deal management
High integrity and respect for long-term client relations
