Responsibilities
Collaborating with various stakeholders to create engaging dashboards and reports
Assisting the team to prioritize backlogs and manage team tasks
Championing and improving how BI tools are used throughout the organization
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
Able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen
4+ years of experience developing, deploying, and managing Power BI reports
2+ years in a senior or leadership role within a Scrum team
Experience working within Microsoft DevOps and the principles of Scrum
Experience refining, prioritizing, and managing a Scrum backlog
Experience collecting requirements from business users and breaking those requirements down into manageable, trackable tasks
Experience conducting group or individual training sessions
Willing to travel domestically from time to time to satisfy team, project, or training demands
Familiar with data management tools such as Databricks Unity Catalog or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Experience working within a manufacturing environment
