Responsibilities
Coordinating with new team members
Staying up to date with the company’s products and services
Engage in marketing, mentoring, and connection-building through comprehensive training and support
Mentor and support professionals exploring new career directions
Building and maintaining long-term business relations with team members
Attending and participating in weekly Zoom sessions to upgrade your skills
Conducting market research and identifying new marketing opportunities
Creating and maintaining a database of potential customers
Making outbound calls and conduct structured interviews and guide professionals through onboarding (Training Provided)
Qualification
Required
Proven work experience in the Sales department as a Business Development Executive, Business Development Representative or a similar role
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated individual
A team player as well as able to work independently
Ability to offer excellent customer service
Preferred
A candidate with a proven work experience in this job role will be preferred
