Responsibilities
Represent client brands professionally in retail locations and events
Engage with customers to increase product awareness and brand loyalty
Provide excellent customer service and answer product questions
Assist with in-store marketing and promotional activities
Track and report campaign results to leadership
Participate in paid training and development programs
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Customer service or retail experience preferred (not required)
Associate or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
