Responsibilities

Lead the strategic development and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluations
Lead the company-wide combined compensation planning cycle (salary, equity, and bonus), including the development of the calendar, training and communication materials, and system set-up
Conduct advanced market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices
Analyze compensation data to identify trends and key insights; make expert recommendations for strategic adjustments
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
Collaborate with HR and senior management to provide expert support and key strategic recommendations for compensation-related matters
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on compensation data and analysis
Manage participation in compensation surveys and analyze survey results
Develop and implement compensation communication and education materials, including delivery of presentations to leaders and employees
Mentor junior level analysts and team members by sharing knowledge and expertise and/or peer reviewing work products

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Math or a related field
10+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field
Experience with compensation surveys and market research required
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or working towards required
Expert analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to build a business case and drive consensus amongst key stakeholders
Expert-level knowledge of compensation principles and practices

Preferred

Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or working towards certification preferred
