Managing hiring processes and talent planning services for Department of Human Services (DHS) organizations designated as field
Interpreting merit system regulations, policies, and procedures
Providing consultative services to hiring managers regarding succession planning and hiring options associated with posting and filling vacancies
Interviewing and selecting candidates
Qualification
Required
Successful completion of the Human Resource Management Trainee program (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
One year as a Human Resource Assistant 2 or an Equal Opportunity Assistant (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
One year of paraprofessional analytical experience and a bachelor's degree; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports
You must pass a background investigation
