Responsibilities
Assist with preparing, organizing, and delivering client-facing materials and project deliverables
Support client communication, scheduling, and follow-up as directed by management
Help ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards and timelines
Maintain organized records of client projects, communications, and files
Support marketing initiatives as defined by the manager, including:
Assisting with social media posts, newsletters, and marketing materials
Updating website content, proposals, or presentation materials
Helping track leads, opportunities, and client touchpoints
Assist with sales support tasks such as proposal preparation, document formatting, and CRM updates
Provide administrative support to company leadership, including:
Calendar coordination and meeting preparation
Document organization and basic reporting
Internal process support and task tracking
Assist with general office operations and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be comfortable working in and around active construction environments, including occasional outdoor work, while following all safety protocols
Reliable transportation required. This role may require occasional local travel to client meetings or company-related activities
Ability to safely walk jobsites, climb stairs, and stand for short periods, and perform occasional outdoor work as required
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening, which may include drug testing, background checks, criminal history checks, and a vision test, in accordance with applicable law
Must maintain a clean driving history; driving record may be reviewed as part of pre-employment screening
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, communications, marketing, or a related field
Experience with: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut)
Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Basic marketing tools (social media platforms, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
CRM or project management tools (helpful but not required)
