A-Shift FSQA Technician 6 - Storm Lake, Iowa

This role involves conducting physical and visual inspections, documenting results, and taking corrective actions as necessary.

Responsibilities
Ensuring the highest standards of product quality and plant system integrity through comprehensive physical and visual inspections
Accurate documentation and calculation of inspection results
Alerting appropriate personnel to adjust processes
Identifying and isolating non-conforming products
Reporting findings to management
Additional assignments may be assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of +1-year experience in the Fresh Meats industry required or other QA type experience
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
The candidate must possess the ability to accurately complete Tyson paperwork
Demonstrate leadership skills to effectively motivate the hourly workforce
Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills are essential
Proficiency in math and organizational abilities
The candidate should be able to read and interpret product specifications accurately
Perform well under stress
Flexibility to work in different locations and at various times as needed
Position involves heavy lifting (70 lbs. or more)
