Responsibilities
Complete monthly project billing in compliance with client and contract specifications, accurately and in a timely manner
Effectively communicate with Project Managers regarding billings, contract documents, change orders and other contract modifications, approvals and any additional services
Set up new projects using accounting software according to contract, client, and project manager direction
Interact with clients to assist in resolving project accounting related issues
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years prior general accounting
High school diploma or GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint) with intermediate proficiency in Excel
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with ability to work effectively with a wide variety of internal and external clients both in an office atmosphere and virtually
Highly organized, detail oriented and able to follow through and complete assigned tasks
Preferred
Prior experience within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) industry
Knowledge and experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint accounting software
