Responsibilities
Complex Claims Resolution: Go beyond simple submission. Investigate denied claims, manage the A/R aging report, and communicate with payers to resolve complex issues (specifically Coordination of Benefits and Retroactive Terminations)
Credentialing Management: Manage the end-to-end credentialing process for new and existing therapists (CAQH, PECOS, OneHealthPort, commercial payers)
HR & Onboarding: Manage administrative onboarding for new clinical staff, setting up EHR profiles, email accounts, and payroll documentation
Cross-Functional Coverage: Serve as the primary backup for the Virtual Office Assistant. You will occasionally assist with client intake, scheduling, and general inbox management to ensure the practice runs smoothly during staff absences
Systems Optimization: Audit our workflows in Sessions Health and Google Workspace to reduce administrative burden on clinicians
Compliance: Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and a secure, private home office environment
Qualification
Required
Currently residing in Washington State
Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience in a mental health or medical private practice setting
Preferred
Experience with systems such as OneHealthPort, Availity, NPPES, and CAQH
Strong proficiency in Sessions Health
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English)
