Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in the areas of fraud prevention, detection, and resolution. This may include emergency card replacement, emergency cash replacement, blocking lost or stolen cards, telephone-based activation, and the opportunity to offer value-added services to cardholders
Provide cross-referral services with fraud management, outbound notifications detailing card stoppages, and evaluating transactions and spending history to assess the likelihood of fraud
Outbound Calls: You will make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule In-Home Health Evaluations
Scheduling: You will arrange and coordinate the scheduling of the evaluations
Member Communication: You will answer member questions and provide support
Qualification
Required
Remote position for USA based agents only
0-1 year work experience
Respond to customer inquiries in the areas of fraud prevention, detection, and resolution
Perform emergency card replacement, emergency cash replacement, blocking lost or stolen cards, telephone-based activation
Provide cross-referral services with fraud management
Make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule In-Home Health Evaluations
Arrange and coordinate the scheduling of the evaluations
