This role focuses on executing marketing tasks such as paid ads, email marketing, and managing ecommerce platform operations.

Responsibilities
Support and optimise Google Ads campaigns (execution and optimisation, not strategy ownership)
Manage Klaviyo email marketing, including flows and weekly campaigns
Implement basic SEO and ecommerce optimisation tasks
Monitor performance and prepare simple reports and insights
Work inside Shopify to manage:
Apps related to marketing, tracking, feeds, and SEO
Tags, pixels, and settings
Support tracking and integrations (GA4, Google Ads, Klaviyo)
Run existing scripts and documented processes
Perform basic troubleshooting and flag issues when identified
Assist with spreadsheet-based data management
Support general site maintenance tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Strong experience working with Shopify in an ecommerce operations or marketing support role is absolutely required
Hands-on experience supporting Google Ads for ecommerce
Experience using Klaviyo (flows and campaigns)
Familiarity with GA4, tracking tools, and ecommerce analytics
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
Process-driven, detail-oriented, and able to follow documented instructions
Strong written communication skills
Benefits
Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines' public holidays
Probation: 6 months and after Probation - 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
HMO offered after 6-months probation
Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
Annual salary review
Laptop provided after 30 days
Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
SHIFT TIMES: 8 AM to 5 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
