Responsibilities
Assess existing architecture / automation framework / applications & artefacts to develop Automation Roadmap & strategy
Understand the Current Architecture, and help create effective Test Design artifacts and make recommendations wherever Gaps exists
Liaison with Program Manager, Project Manager & Process Consultant
Participate in development & design walkthroughs and help with Scope definition
Evaluates Market Tools, makes recommendation on Tower / Application specific Tech Stack and helps Implement the same for Automation & Process Optimization
Understand the entire application landscape including both the tangible and nontangible elements and Building solutions accordingly
Strategize Mobile Lab Set-Up, Cloud Expansion, BOTS Exploration and Generative AI initiatives within the TCoE in collaboration with Infosys technical experts
Automate the integration of regression suite within the CI/CD pipeline, allowing regular and scheduled executions to catch defects
Collaborating with TMO team and stakeholders to create Test Plans, estimate Effort and various Test Deliverables
Strong knowledge of up-to-date design tools and methodologies such as Object-oriented design, data modeling, model driven architecture, cloud computing, and model-based testing
Experience with testing Web Services using standards including XML, WSDL, SOAP, and Java Message Service
Knowledge with UFT Developer Assist with system reviews during any or all these phases: feasibility, design, programming, testing and conversion phases
Strong problem solving, negotiation and issue resolution skills
Facilitate and lead test design sessions between 2 or more teams across Towers, Vendors, stakeholders involved
Facilitate project test integration across the organization technically
Liaison with TMO and participates in key TMO meetings
Collaborating with the EA and ITPMO
Design, implement, and oversee a scalable automation framework that supports efficient and reliable regression testing
Qualification
Required
UFT with C# Skills - 10 years- expertise SME level
Typically, 12 years Industry experience with a minimum of 5 years hands on experience working across various Technology Stack / Automation Platforms
Assess existing architecture / automation framework / applications & artefacts to develop Automation Roadmap & strategy
Understand the Current Architecture, and help create effective Test Design artifacts and make recommendations wherever Gaps exists
Liaison with Program Manager, Project Manager & Process Consultant
