Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of associates responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Account Services function within the Corporate Banking division
Oversee the processing of various banking transactions, including account openings, fund transfers, and client inquiries
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all client-related tasks and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times
Collaborate with other teams within the bank, such as Credit and Bonds, to ensure seamless integration of services
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and facilitate training and development opportunities for team members
Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to the team on complex banking operations and regulatory requirements
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry, preferably in a corporate banking environment
Proven track record of leading and managing a team of professionals in an operations or client-facing role
Strong understanding of banking operations, including account services, credits, bonds, and regulatory requirements
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
Proficient in using relevant banking systems and software applications
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and cross-functional teams
Commitment to continuous improvement and a customer-centric approach
