Responsibilities
Design and produce a wide range of event-related assets, including: Event logos, Invitations (digital + print), Email graphics and layouts, Brochures and marketing collateral, Flyers and signage, Trade show graphics, Social media-ready assets, PowerPoint presentations, etc
Execute projects from concept through production, packaging, and delivery to event locations
Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand standards and high-quality control expectations
Collaborate closely with the Events & Marketing teams on ongoing programs and rapid-change requests
Manage workload and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Work onsite daily at the Walnut Creek marketing hub
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field or relevant experience
3+ years of experience in both digital and print design, with strong production capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Experience with Canva
Ability to work efficiently on PC/Windows (workstation provided)
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with tight deadlines
Extremely high attention to detail and quality
Flexibility, adaptability, and a hands-on attitude
Preferred
Experience with Asana or similar workflow/project management tools
