Responsibilities
Provide operational support and account services to corporate banking clients, ensuring seamless and efficient account management
Assist in the processing and monitoring of various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and account maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
Participate in the implementation of new products, services, or system enhancements related to account services and corporate banking operations
Provide support in the administration and management of corporate banking accounts, including credits, bonds, and other financial instruments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data and records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
Proficient in using relevant banking systems, software, and technology to perform operational tasks
