Responsibilities
Supervise participants in on-site work setting; ensure measure are in place for participant safety
Supervise consumers in meeting appropriate production deadlines and maintain quality control
Provide group and/or individual consumer instruction and supervision of sub-contract work
Assist with time studies to be used in establishing consumer piece rates
Set up sub-contract work-count and record consumer production
Daily, maintain consumer work description sheets
Observe and document consumer's daily progress on goal sheets
Provide ongoing evaluation of consumers program and recommend changes
Assist coordinators with consumer's goals and objectives through personal observation and assessments
Supervise consumers during breaks and lunch
Complete and turn in DDS billing sheets every Monday and at the end of the month
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
One year of experience in the Human Services field and/or working with IDD
Valid Arkansas Driver's License
CPR/First Aid certification
Must be 21 years or older
Criminal background check and drug test will be conducted
