Customer Service Representative
Premier Cooperative is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support their Energy Division. This role will also provide backup assistance to the Feed Division and handle other administrative duties as needed.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Energy Division customers, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses
Assist with scheduling, billing, and account management for energy services
Provide backup support for Feed Division customer service and administrative tasks
Perform general office duties as requested by management
Opportunity to work during grain harvest for additional overtime
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
Preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred; agriculture or energy industry experience a plus
