Bi-Lingual Community Navigator
PLCCA INC is dedicated to community action, and they are seeking a Bilingual Community Navigator to assist individuals and families in accessing essential community services. This role involves outreach, advocacy, and resource coordination while fostering relationships with community partners.

Responsibilities
Conduct community outreach to promote the Community Navigator Program and recruit participants
Perform client intakes, strengths-based assessments, and provide ongoing case support
Connect clients to education, employment, housing, health, mental health, substance use, legal, and social services
Coach clients on goal setting, problem-solving, and service navigation
Advocate for clients as needed and accompany them to appointments when appropriate
Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, service providers, and partner agencies
Facilitate informal workshops and community presentations
Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and ability to travel locally
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
Three (3) or more years of relevant community-based experience preferred (paid or unpaid)
