Provides technical support and assistance to end users, including troubleshooting computer problems, installing, and configuring software, and providing training
Assists with the implementation and support of devices, such as pagers, smartphones, and tablets
Schedules on-call Answering Service for doctors and offices
Performs system specification and acquisition functions for computers and supplies
Assists Information Systems management with gathering information for analysis and maintaining the integrity of system databases
Qualification
Required
College graduate – Associates degree or equivalent education and experience in computers or business preferred
Experience in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and using standard systems and software applications: MS Office Suite and Microsoft 365
