Responsibilities
Conduct personalized consultations to understand and address clients personal insurance needs
Focus on new business development through prospecting, referrals, networking, and community involvement
Collaborate with your assigned account manager to ensure seamless client onboarding and policy servicing
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to optimize client coverage
Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals
Qualification
Required
Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty license required
Minimum 3 years in an insurance office selling personal lines insurance
Proven track record in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Highly self-motivated with the discipline to manage your own sales pipeline
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with account managers and agency leadership
