Responsibilities

Support senior project manager across active residential renovation and ground-up spec projects
Track schedules, milestones, and daily progress using Buildertrend
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and consultants
Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and closeout documentation
Help schedule and prepare for city and county inspections
Maintain organized project documentation, logs, and calendars
Attend site visits and meetings and manage follow-ups
Communicate clearly between the field and office teams
Flag issues early and assist with problem-solving

Required

Working knowledge of Buildertrend is required
High-level understanding of residential renovations and construction sequencing
Comfortable with inspection processes and coordinating inspections

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
Comfort working both in the field and in an office setting
