Responsibilities

Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality
Empower third-party developers to supercharge their apps through Google APIs
Work with customers to get their input and to develop vertically-oriented Software Development Kits (SDKs)
Work closely with the cross-functional team of Engineers, UX, Technical Solutions Engineer, Developer Relations, Product Managers supporting the Maps API products
Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience with SAP technologies (SAP HANA, SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse) and their infrastructure requirements
Experience implementing SAP projects on public cloud platforms, with a focus on core production concepts (High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Multi-tenancy, Scale-out/Scale-up)
Experience with Automation and Developer Operations tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Jenkins) applied to cloud infrastructure

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Experience in Engineering, Client Service, or Management Consulting
Experience building CI/CD pipelines and using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage large-scale SAP environments
Experience with agent development for enterprise workloads
Understanding on GenAI and Agent development technologies
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time as needed
