SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
S&S Firestone, Inc. is one of the largest independent tire distributors in the U.S., and they are seeking a seasoned Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving annual sales and profit goals within their assigned territory while managing customer relationships and sales activities.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
Record changes to customer accounts, update service packages, add accounts, and remove accounts as needed
Other duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years experience in Sales
Excellent written/verbal communication and strategic thinking skills
Outgoing/comfortable in social settings personality
Preferred
4-year college degree
