Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure LabWare LIMS workflows, templates, and functionalities

Implement custom scripts and extensions using LabWare scripting language (LIMS Basic)

Integrate LIMS with instruments, enterprise systems (ERP, ELN), and external applications

Perform system upgrades, patches, and validation activities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LIMS configuration and performance

Collaborate with QA, IT, and laboratory teams to ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory standards

Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides

Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders

Required

Strong hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS (configuration, scripting, workflows)

Proficiency in LIMS Basic scripting and LabWare architecture

Experience in system integration (instruments, ERP, ELN, APIs)

Solid understanding of laboratory processes and regulatory compliance (GxP, Part 11)

Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, or other relational databases

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred

Experience with LabWare LIMS v7 or v8

Familiarity with LabWare WebLIMS and mobile solutions

Relevant certifications in LabWare or LIMS technologies
