The Data Analyst will develop, maintain, and enhance data pipelines, analytical reports, and dashboards, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of CRA-related data and reporting.

Responsibilities
Extract, transform, and validate CRA-related data from Ratacomply and other internal data sources
Build, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines to support CRA performance and compliance reporting
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for CRA management, Compliance, and Community Development teams
Utilize Python for data automation, validation, and analytics (e.g., batch processing, data cleansing, quality checks)
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems; identify anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with IT, Compliance, and Community Development teams to interpret CRA regulatory requirements and translate them into analytical deliverables
Prepare data extracts and submissions for regulatory exams and internal audits
Contribute to process documentation, metadata management, and reporting standards within the CRA analytics environment
Support ad hoc analysis requests and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficient in SQL (query optimization, joins, data manipulation, stored procedures)
Working knowledge of Python for automation, data cleaning, and analysis (e.g., pandas, NumPy)
Strong Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices
Familiarity with data governance and compliance reporting frameworks
Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and audit documentation
