EHR Helpdesk Analyst 1st Shift

Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Epic applications, workflows, access, and integrations
Serve as first point of contact for Epic and healthcare IT issues
Troubleshoot application, account, and workflow issues
Provide basic remote support for desktops, printers, and peripherals
Manage incidents using ServiceNow and meet SLAs
Assist with Epic user access, role changes, and security requests
Support go-lives, upgrades, and downtime events
Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and IT security policies
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Epic EHR technical support experience
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
Strong knowledge of EHR systems (Epic preferred)
Preferred
Epic certification (Service Desk, Ambulatory, EpicCare, or Security)
