Responsibilities

Develop and execute system-level developmental test plans and procedures
Support component and subsystem testing led by program teams
Contribute to the development of test concepts of operations (CONOPs)
Lead or support Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), and design reviews
Coordinate testing activities across IPTs and partner organizations
Oversee and guide other engineers, providing technical direction and daily task prioritization
Analyze test data and document results through clear, comprehensive test reports
Identify, track, and document discrepancies; support regression testing to verify fixes
Ensure test solutions align with technical requirements, schedules, and cost constraints

Required

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in developmental hardware testing at the system, subsystem, or component level
Proven experience leading individual contributors, including assigning priorities and guiding day-to-day work
Experience collaborating with integrated product teams (IPTs) across multiple locations or organizations

Preferred

Experience supporting missile or space vehicle development programs
Strong communication skills, with the ability to brief senior program leaders and stakeholders
Broad exposure to one or more of the following areas: Systems integration and test, Flight test, Operations, Systems engineering
