Sales Development Representative (ZoomInfo Outreach Specialist) PHL Based

KeepingCount is seeking a focused and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive prospecting and appointment-setting efforts for their growing sales team. This role involves engaging potential clients, using tools like ZoomInfo, and scheduling meetings for senior sales executives.

Accounting

Responsibilities

Use ZoomInfo to identify, research, and organize high-quality outbound lead lists
Maintain organized and accurate lead records
Execute cold email campaigns and follow-ups using pre-approved messaging
Make cold calls using scripts and objection-handling techniques to secure meetings
Personalize messaging to highlight specific buying signals, industry trends, and prospect pain points to drive higher engagement and conversion rates
Track outreach efforts and results in HubSpot CRM
Schedule qualified sales appointments for Account Executives
Ensure smooth handoff of prospects with accurate context and notes
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting-setting goals
Prepare and send contracts for new business using company templates
Ensure timely delivery and execution of contracts in coordination with the sales team
Track contract status and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and contract systems

Required

1–3 years in a sales development or outbound lead generation role
Experience working with ZoomInfo (or similar prospecting tools) and CRM systems
Prior experience with email campaign tools or cold calling in a B2B setting
Strong verbal and written communication
Comfortable on the phone and persistent with follow-ups
Highly organized, disciplined, and data-driven
Motivated by clear goals and performance metrics
ZoomInfo (or similar lead database tools)
CRM: HubSpot preferred
Email outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach.io, Mailshake)
Microsoft Office 365
