They are seeking a high-performing senior sales professional to lead their commercial sales team, focusing on expanding their footprint within named strategic accounts across various verticals including Finance and Healthcare.

Responsibilities

Manage a defined book of high-value named accounts within Finance, Healthcare, Energy, Oil&Gas, Retail or Manufacturing
Develop account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer success
Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical influencers
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to solution design, negotiation, and close
Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, product managers, and customer success teams to deliver customized solutions
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in FinTech, BioTech, and data ecosystems

Required

5+ years of enterprise software or technology sales experience, preferably in SaaS, data platforms, or analytics
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a named account or strategic sales role
Deep understanding of at least one of the following: financial services/FinTech, life sciences/BioTech, or data/AI infrastructure
Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and extended timelines
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus

Preferred

Experience selling into regulated environments or industries (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, SEC/FINRA-compliant tech)
Familiarity with data privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and how they apply to enterprise solutions
Existing network in AI and/or big data
