The Car Wash Attendant will greet customers, prepare vehicles for washing, ensure safety, and maintain a clean environment, all while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Greet customers with a smile, guide them through our services, and create a positive, memorable experience
Prepare vehicles for the wash, monitor operations, and ensure everything runs like clockwork
Direct drivers safely, spot and address potential challenges, and keep everyone feeling secure
Maintain a clean and inviting environment for customers and teammates alike, including regular site cleaning tasks
Educate customers on available services, pricing, and special offers. Assist at the pay station, process payments, and help set up accounts
Check truck beds, Push in mirrors, and identify areas our equipment may not reach effectively
Conduct visual inspections, monitor equipment for malfunctions, and activate emergency stops if needed
Assist with periodic maintenance tasks as directed by the Site Leader
Follow company guidelines to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service at all times
Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the team and ensure the facility runs seamlessly
Qualification
Required

Enjoyment of outdoor work and ability to handle varying temperatures
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive motions
Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
Ability to climb and work from ladders
Ability to work outside in varying temperatures
