Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities aligned with:
Integrated, measurable campaign solutions
AI-enabled delivery and efficiency
C-level strategic engagement
Develop and execute targeted pursuit strategies for priority prospects, focusing on long-term partnerships rather than transactional work
Proactively initiate outreach and lead discovery conversations with senior client stakeholders
Build credibility with prospects through insight-led conversations that position Invision as a strategic growth partner
Expand revenue and influence within existing client accounts by identifying opportunities for campaign extensions, cross-channel solutions, and broader strategic engagement
Partner with the SVP, Growth & Partnerships to develop and execute account growth plans
Lead internal alignment across Strategy, Creative, Campaigns, Production, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions
Own and direct the proposal and pitch process, ensuring strategic clarity, strong storytelling, and alignment with client objectives and success metrics
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution and maintain senior-level client confidence throughout delivery
Participate in key client moments, including presentations, on-site engagements, and post-program reviews
Capture outcomes, learnings, and results to inform future proposals, case studies, and growth strategies
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and account documentation within CRM and project management systems

Required

Minimum of five years of experience in business development, corporate communications, experiential marketing, or a related field
