Responsibilities

Essential Duties including supervisory responsibilities
Support Operations by building special machines, equipment, weld tooling, gauges, fixtures, etc
Troubleshoot and repair tooling gauges, fixtures, etc
Communicate with management, engineers, technicians, and production personnel
Direct and/or participate in lean manufacturing projects for improvement in Quality, Cost, and Delivery

Required

Associate Degree in a technical subject area or equivalent experience by combination of education and work experience in a specific technical field
Six (6) years technical experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a specific technical field
