Sales Coordinator

Talent Bridge is hiring for a Sales Coordinator to support Sales and Design teams within a premium, client-focused environment. This role is critical in delivering a seamless, high-end customer experience by coordinating client communications and ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations to support sales and design teams
Maintain accurate client, lead, and project information within CRM systems
Schedule client meetings, showroom tours, and site visits
Coordinate communication between sales, design, project management, and accounting teams
Send follow-ups, contracts, and client-facing documentation
Track leads and ensure timely and consistent follow-ups
Collaborate with marketing teams on sales materials and visual assets
Provide administrative support, including data entry, reporting, and file organization
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, client relations, or administrative support

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com)
Comfortable interacting with high-end clientele

Preferred

Experience within luxury design, construction, or high-end services environments preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
Sales or Customer Service certifications are a plus
