Ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors
Compliance with regulatory standards
Effective internal controls
Leads a team of Accounts Payable professionals

Collaborates with various departments to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or business related concentration
At least seven (7) years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least three (3) years in a healthcare environment
At least five (5) years of experience in a leadership or management role
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills for vendor negotiations and internal collaboration
Knowledge of GAAP and healthcare financial compliance standards
Strong understanding of healthcare financial operations, supply chain processes, and regulatory requirements
Experience with ERP systems such as Infor, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar system
Proven track record of process improvement, system implementation, and team development
Preferred
Graduate Degree preferred
Experience in a multi-location or large healthcare organization
Familiarity with centralized invoice payment processing
