Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, and invoice processing
Track vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
Coordinate with project managers on budget tracking and job costing
Process employee expense reports and assist with payroll coordination
Prepare financial reports for leadership as needed
Monitor cash flow and support forecasting efforts
Assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance documentation
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Ensure financial transactions comply with company policies and industry regulations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction-related financial workflows (A/P, A/R, job costing)
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms)
Strong Excel skills and comfort with digital documentation and reporting tools
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, or related field)
