Responsibilities
Process weekly, bi-weekly, and daily payrolls with precision, ensuring timely and accurate payments
Handle direct deposit processing with attention to detail to ensure smooth and error-free transactions
Maintain up-to-date, organized, and accessible employee payroll records while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
Assist in managing pay card distribution and administration, offering employees a convenient and secure payment option
Prepare insightful payroll reports that contribute to monthly financial dashboards, providing key data to leadership and supporting business decisions
Handle garnishments with care and compliance, ensuring proper deductions and payments in accordance with regulations
Play a key role in monthly reconciliations and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company financial goals
Assist with various payroll-related tasks and special projects as needed, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in payroll processing and data entry
Basic knowledge of Excel
Strong attention to detail
Prior payroll experience
High School Diploma
Associate's Degree (no experience acceptable)
